Worth watching this week

Watchlist — editorial picks

Editorial watchlist from completed sales and public comps — not a live price feed.

  1. 01 · watchlist

30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box (standard)

Completed sales clustered well above $49.99 MSRP after launch; treat outliers as thin tape, not the market.

  2. 02 · watchlist

30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box (Pokémon Center exclusive)

Separate ask from standard ETBs; don’t blend the two into one “ETB price.”

  3. 03 · watchlist

RGB Mew chase (Red / Green / Blue)

Multi-thousand completed bands; the ultra-high Blue print is an outlier — liquidity matters as much as the print.

  4. 04 · watchlist

    Sealed vs singles divergence

Watch whether rip volume cools sealed clears while chase singles keep finding their own level.

  5. 05 · watchlist

    English vintage / mid-era names

Secondary story under anniversary noise (e.g. Expedition / Unseen Forces era interest) while some modern mass promos quiet down.

Signals — cross-game headlines

Editorial from completed sales and public comps.

  1. 01 · Pokémon

Pokémon — 30th Celebration sealed is already a second market

Standard ETBs (MSRP $49.99) cleared roughly $150–$170 in completed sales after the Sep 16 launch. Thin outliers ran higher — don’t read the ceiling as the market. PC exclusive ETBs have tracked near ~$266. RGB Mew chase completeds roughly Red $6–7k / Green ~$8k / Blue ~$5k; a pre-release Blue near $20k is an outlier. Prices still settling as rip volume hits.

  2. 02 · Pokémon

Pokémon — Two markets under the anniversary noise

Attention isn’t only on new sealed. English vintage / mid-era names (e.g. Expedition Pichu, Unseen Forces Entei ☆) have drawn interest while some modern mass promos cool. Watch sealed vs singles divergence as product gets ripped.

  3. 03 · One Piece

One Piece — OP-17: chase cooling, role players heating

The World’s Strongest Warriors (OP-17): Yasopp SR-P and Newgate L-P rising on JP settles; Rocks D. Xebec SEC dumping hard (~−47% over 7 days). English chase remains thin and expensive — liquidity note, not a buy call. Newsletter coverage only until a live OP feed exists.

  4. 04 · Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball Fusion World — FB11 SCR chatter

Brightness of Hope (FB11) landed JP Sep 12. SCR chase narrative in focus; Vegito FB04-130 AA and gold Energy Markers / manga-event cards are among the names that moved, while some Story Booster 01 alts softened. Editorial only until a live DB feed exists.

  5. 05 · Magic: The Gathering

    Magic — Spoiler heat, unproven

Reality Fracture preview spike on Kasmina, Enigma Sage (bulk → double-digits / borderless ~$17). Classic spoiler-season speculation — unproven until the set is real. Editorial only until a live feed exists.

Pulse score = |% change| × volume / (volume + 18) on the 7-day window. Thin books (under 8 completed sales in that window) are labeled and ranked down. The Buy / Sell signal uses a 365-day price change and 365-day sales, checked against 90 days. A shorter tape keeps the live price and the book label. Volume is summed from Pokémon Price Tracker daily history — TCGPlayer is not used.
